I can hardly believe my eyes every time I get into my 2008 Lexus ES 350. Although my lease was not up until February 2008 on my current Lexus, you made it happen early with a snap of your finger. I loved my ES 330, but was ready to move on.
When you met me at the dealership and without ever having to speak to a sales person, or for that matter anyone else, I drove back to my office in my new car, within three hours...

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank both of you for doing such a great job when I called to lease my new BMW. Everything was handled for me.
